What we do for you

Marquette Design Group has over a quarter century of producing architectural design, design development and construction documents. We have grown from the drafting tables to 3D/BIM – (Building Information Modeling) and everything in between. We have designed and overseen to construction hundreds of homes here in the Upper Peninsula, across Michigan and the country.     
Typical Design will consist of 2 phases; 

Design Documents:  

Floor plan(s) showing all proposed walls, windows, doors and room sizes. Front Elevation showing (based on the floor plan) all the windows, doors, roof, floor lines and bearing lines, and exterior wall materials.  Once the design is agreed upon we move to the next phase and that is to produce the construction documents for the builders to produce estimates and obtain the actual building permit from the local municipality.
